Recent Planning Applications

The Parish Council is a stutory consultee on planning applications and is normally given 21 days to comment. Relevant planning issues that the Parish Council consider when informed of new planning applications can be found on our Planning Applications - Role of The Parish Council Page.

You can view recent planning applications in Read on the Ribble Valley Borough Council Planning Application Pages. A copy of the Parish Council's response to the application (if appropriate) can be found with the documentation pertaining to each application.
