Role of The Parish Council in Planning Applications

The Parish Council is a statutory consultee on planning applications and is normally given 21 days to comment.

Read Parish Council's Planning Sub-Committee consider all planning applications and comments and observations are sent to Ribble Valley Council's Planning department before the end of the consultation period.
